Pam's Song is available in the Cash Shop beginning July 14, 2011.

During these times of Chaos, let Pam protect your items. When using a scroll, employ Pam's Song to ensure that your upgrade slot will be protected if the scroll fails! Pam's Song is available for 14,500 NX, but the peace of mind it will give you is priceless.

Here's how it works:
1. Go to the Cash Shop and purchase Pam's Song.
2. Move Pam's Song to the inventory of the character that will be doing the scrolling.
3. Scroll your items using any type of scroll in the game except Potential scrolls,
 Enhancement scrolls, and Pet Equip scrolls.
4. If a scrolling fails, a message will appear asking if you would like to use
Pam's Song.
5. Click "OK" and your item's upgrade slot will not be used!

To sweeten the deal, Pam's Song can also be used in conjunction with a Shielding Ward!
